James Outzen
President - joutzen@libertyrunhoa.org

James, his wife Kirsten, and four children moved to Liberty Run from Maryland in the summer of 2002. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and is employed by the federal government.

Woody Berzins
Vice President

Woody Berzins moved to Liberty Run in May 2005 with his family following a nearly two year recall to military duty following the events of 9/11. He brings experience as past president or vice-president for several professional societies, councils and clubs plus more than 30 years of Navy Reserve enlisted and commissioned service. Woody works for an advanced ceramics company’s Arlington office.

Don Muse

Don, his wife Pat, and his two sons moved to Liberty Run two years ago from Kissimmee Florida. Don is currently employed by Novellus Systems and Pat is a part-time florist.

Sharon Mellon

Sharon and her husband Art have lived in Liberty Run for five years and are originally from South Jersey. They have two children, Alyson, 5 and Drew, 2. Sharon works as a fourth grade teacher for Fauquier County Public Schools.

Amanda Fazenbaker

Amanda and her husband Jason have lived in the community with their two dogs for five years and are expecting their first child in July 2008. Amanda is employed as an Executive Secretary with the Office of Transportation Services for Prince William County Public Schools.
