James Outzen
President
James, his wife Kirsten, and four children moved to Liberty Run from Maryland in the summer of 2002. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and is employed by the federal government.
Woody Berzins
Vice President
Woody Berzins, in his second term as vice president, has worked to create a Liberty Run based Community Watch Group to prevent neighborhood crime. He organized a Block Captains program encouraging neighbors to look out for neighbors whether it is just lending a helping hand or keeping an eye out for suspicious activities. Working to keep Liberty Run green, he engaged with the Virginia Department of Forestry to reclaim some of the common areas by organizing a re-planting of hundreds of native Virginia tree seedlings.
He brings more than 35 years of Navy Reserve experience along with several terms as president, and vice-president for community boards and professional organizations to the Liberty Run HOA. He is accredited in public relations and has extensive global public relations, government and media relations experience.
Amanda Fazenbaker
Amanda and her husband Jason have lived in the community since 2003. They enjoy spending time with their daughter and two dogs. Amanda is employed by Prince William County Public Schools.
Don Muse
Treasurer
Don, his wife Pat, and his two sons moved to Liberty Run two years ago from Kissimmee Florida. Don is currently employed by Novellus Systems and Pat is a part-time florist.
